FIRE DEPARTMENT

 

 

MISSION STATEMEMNT

The Franklin Township Volunteer Fire Department (“Department”) is dedicated to protecting life and property.  This is provided to the community with fire safety, safety education and fire prevention programs.  As well the Department provides professionally trained personnel for fire, rescue and related emergencies using teamwork and the resources provided by the Township of Franklin.

 

 

GOAL

The goal of the Department is to minimize loss of life and property from fires, natural disasters and life threatening situations for the Township of Franklin.  As well as assist other emergency agencies.

 

 

 

OBJECTIVE

The objective of the Department is to perform these services in a safe and efficient manner. The Department will maintain an effective fire prevention programs, emergency response, fire suppression and training for all members to ensure the safety of the residents and visitors of the Township of Franklin.
